Casey Nolis, BSc, RMT

Casey is the owner of Yonge Sheppard Health Centre and has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 1999. The clinic was originally located in the Sheppard Centre for 15 years before moving across the street to the Hullmark Centre in 2015.


She is able to offer a wide range of massage therapy techniques from deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to a relaxation massage. Her treatment specialties include issues arising from prolonged sitting and desk work, headaches / migraines and sports injuries. Casey's goal is to alleviate patients pain and get them back to their normal daily activities.


Alina Gheorghe, RMT

Alina graduated from Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy College in 2004, and has worked at Yonge and Sheppard Health Centre ever since. She specializes in Deep Tissue Techniques, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Treatments, Swedish Massage Techniques as well as Hydrotherapy Modalities. She incorporates Reflexology techniques in her treatments and is trained in Pre and Post Natal Massage.


Alina treats a wide range of conditions ranging from muscle strains, back and neck pain, tenosynovitis, fibromyalgia, stress related conditions, chronic pain and headaches. As an avid athlete, she is passionate about working with athletes and sports and sports related conditions. Having extensive medical experience in Europe as well as in Canada, Alina’s treatments are client specific and uniquely tailored to promote ongoing health and wellness. Dedicated to excellence in professionalism, she strives for continuous improvement in education and health care service delivery.


She remains a firm believer that an essential element of a healthy balanced life, is the joy in pursuit of providing great service to others.


Deon Jajalla, RMT

With widely gathered experience from a variety of treatment approaches, Deon incorporates various techniques and strategies in an effort to help others become mobile and free of pain. While listening attentively to the body and concerns of his patients, he is able to develop specific treatment plans that work in conjunction with all other practitioners that you may see at Yonge-Sheppard Health Centre.


Graduating from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Deon has worked previously with Sick Kids Hospital, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, and Toronto Rehab, to address various musculoskeletal and nervous system conditions among different demographics within the population.


A certification candidate of the Canadian Sports Massage Therapists Association, First Aid volunteer of Athletics Ontario, and Medical Trainer for League1 Ontario Soccer, Deon also works closely with local athletic organizations and other healthcare professionals to provide care for sport injuries. To complement massage therapy, Deon also practices as a Pilates Teacher and ELDOA Practitioner. An avid martial artist, Deon has extensive experience in Karate, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Yaw-Yan, Jeet Kune Do, Boxing, and Krav Maga.

Stacey Tock, RMT

Stacey graduated from Sutherland-Chan in 2004. She has worked at multi-disciplinary clinics alongside Chiropractors and Physiotherapists since her graduation, and has worked at Yonge and Sheppard Health Centre since 2008. Treating a multitude of different issues for her clients ranging from stress and tension to tendonitis, muscle strain, headaches and pregnancy she uses a wide range of techniques including general Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofacial release as well as stretching, all depending on her clients needs and wishes.


Sarah Byrne, RMT

Sarah graduated from The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1999. Her interest in the human anatomy and enhancing the quality of life lead to her interest in becoming a Massage Therapist. Sarah treats a wide variety of conditions ranging from acute/chronic pain, pregnancy, sports injuries and rehabilitation, pain management and relaxation massage. She is also trained in Hot Stone Massage, Cupping Massage and Hydrotherapy Modalities. Sarah is a firm believer that stress can disrupt the normal state of the body and she believes that Massage Therapy and other approaches including Chiropractic, Naturopathic, Exercise and Relaxation are safe and effective techniques to help restore balance which allows our body to heal itself and work effectively. She tailors the massage sessions based on the client’s need with the intention of promoting health and wellness.


Jeffrey Day RMT, B.F.A.

Jeffrey graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy. He pursued a career in massage to make a positive difference in the health and well being of others. Using a variety of massage techniques, Jeffrey works closely with clients to find the right pressure and effective treatment approach to suit their individual needs and goals. With volunteer experience in various hospital environments, he is able to treat a wide range of conditions such as musculoskeletal injuries, pregnancy, and physical, cognitive and behaviour conditions such as MS, Parkinson’s, Diabetes, and Stroke. In school, Jeffrey was the recipient of the Tricia Beck Award in recognition of his outstanding qualities of dedication, friendship, and caring.
