Catherine Mongeau, RAc, RN

Catherine is a Registered Acupuncturist, graduate of the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine Academy and holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Having worked as a Registered Nurse for over a decade she discovered a passion for Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her own experience of the profound effects of acupuncture confirmed for her the effectiveness of this ancient medicine in treating different ailments, reducing pain, and restoring balance to physical, energetical and emotional health.

Catherine is calming, sensitive and empathetic with patients. She has a special interest in women's health, emotional issues and chronic pain. Catherine also incorporates other Chinese modalities such as cupping, guasha (scraping), tuina ( a type of Chinese massage) and eastern nutrition recommendations.
